More Helpful Gluten Free Tips From Our Readers!

Here's some more valuable tips sent in to us by our readers, in some cases paraphrased.

1. When travelling, carry a box of gluten free provisions in the car, containing gluten free bread, biscuits, corn flour, plus other goodies.

2. When venturing overseas, it's a good idea to pack some 'indestructible' gluten free foods in your suitcase to tide you over the first few days, until you can find suitable food in the supermarkets. I put a fresh loaf of my favourite bread in a rectangular ice cream container, and then use the empty container for storing snack bars, crackers and other essentials I pick up along the way while traveling. Also, a box of gluten free Weet-Bix is easy to pack and a handy breakfast or anytime snack if gluten free options are thin on the ground. Simply add your favourite milk variety!
