Helpful Winter Tips!

Here's some food ideas to help you through the cooler months!

1. Slow cooker recipes - Many slow cooker recipes can be adapted to gluten free requirements. Start with healthy ingredients and flavours from scratch, and you can't really go wrong! Favourites include slow cooked roasts, pulled pork or beef... or come up with your own!

2. Buy some ready prepared meals - These days there are gluten free meal specialists, so don't be afraid to place an order and stock your freezer with some nutritious meals. Online ordering to your door is also possible. Find take-home meal providers here.

3. Hearty soups - Ideal for lunches and weekends, soups are easy to make in bulk, and definite Winter warmers! Add gluten free pasta, grains and legumes to your recipes - dried beans and peas, lentils, quinoa, buckwheat and brown rice are some examples.
