Wholegreen Bakery is accredited by Coeliac Australia, with locations in Sydney’s east and CBD. Home of truly delicious, handmade baked goods that are 100% gluten-free.
Food is made and baked fresh, and is ready to grab and go. Everything is made from scratch, using fresh, seasonal ingredients with no additives or preservatives. All food is on display, and there's a wealth of delicious offerings - bread (5 varieties), muffins (sweet and savoury), banana bread, selection of cakes (dairy free), seasonal fruit franginpane tarts, seasonal vegetable savoury tarts, Quiche Lorraine, sandwiches, pies (3 varieties), sausage rolls, pasties, frittata (dairy free), brownies, croissants, almond croissants, lemon meringue, fresh fruit tart, crème brulee tart, fruit Danish, pain au chocolat, salad of the day, cookies (low lactose)... and the list goes on. They also make their own tomato sauce and dairy free pesto.
Wholegreen Bakery make and sell their own flour blends, biscuits, and a range of freezer goods - gingerbread cookie dough, shortcrust pastry (sweet and savoury), plus some of the cafe items. They also stock gluten free pizza bases, as well as soups and broths from Love and Bones Broth.
There's also a Wholegreen Cafe at 257 Clarence st, Sydney 2000 NSW. Fully licensed and 60 seat capacity. Temporarily closed due to Sydney lockdown.
