Quinoa (pronounced 'keen-wah') is a ‘Super Food’! These complete quinoa mixes are perfect as a main meal or use as a side dish. They are also wonderful cold; a tasty, nutritious lunch or snack (great for work!).
Choose from Porcini with Roasted Garlic and Thyme, Sundried Tomato with Kalamata Olives or Persian with Date and Pistachio.
Try it as an amazing gluten free tabbouleh with chopped parsley, diced tomato, lemon juice and mint – sensational!
These complete Risotto mixes contain real parmesan cheese and are delicious and so easy as a main meal. Choose from Wild Mushroom & Tarragon, and Green Pea, Lemon & Mint.

Dukkah is an Egyptian roast almond and spice mixture that can be enjoyed as a nibble with olive oil and chunks of crusty gluten free bread. It also has many other uses, such as a tasty and healthy alternative to crumbing, and hard boiled eggs rolled in dukkah are sensational! Sprinkle it over your salads, soups, veggies etc.
Thistle Be Good makes three different dukkah blends:
- Egyptian – based on the traditional recipe, with almonds, sesame seeds and middle-eastern spices, all roasted to flavour perfection.
- Warm Spiced – similar spices to the Egyptian but with paprika, chilli and a secret ingredient!
- Bush Tucker - contains almonds, sesame seeds and four locally grown native spices of blood lime, lemon myrtle, wattle seed and mountain pepperleaf.
