The Fish restaurant, in Cairns, is located at the vibrant Pier complex, in a very picturesque setting. The restaurant has fabulous views, directly overlooking the marina, with the fabulous vista of the mountain hinterland in the background.
The Fish restaurant has an extensive separate gluten free menu. As the name suggests, this restaurant's speciality dish is fish, with six different fish being cooked in six different ways every day. Of these selections, four are gluten free and one can be easily adapted. The gluten free lunch and dinner menus contain entrees and mains, including mussels, bugs, seafood paella, prawns, fish, vegetarian, lamb and chicken. Desserts are available such as pana cotta, parfait, sorbet and brulee. 'Classic' coffee, a local Cairns brand, is served along with a broad selection of teas.
