Dr Sue Shepherd is an Advanced Accredited Practising Dietitian who specialises in providing dietary advice for people with coeliac disease, fructose malabsorption, irritable bowel syndrome, and other food intolerances. Having been diagnosed with coeliac disease herself, Sue is passionate about promoting all things gluten-free.
Sue is recognised internationally as a leading expert dietitian in the area of coeliac disease and irritable bowel syndrome. She is the director of Shepherd Works, a Dietitian consulting service, with a team of 10 dietitians all experienced in teaching in this specialty area.
Additonally, Sue has written four cookbooks, all suitable for gluten free, low FODMAP and fructose malabsorption.
