Everything here is gluten free! Operating as a cafe and health food store, there's a full range of meals and snacks available, as well as convenient take-home meals.

With a full array of breakfast and lunch options, there's also a range of baked goods, comprising cakes, brownies, biscuits, and other sweet treats. Traditional milk, almond milk, soy milk, lactose free milk and coconut milk are served, along with coconut sugar. All juices contain no added sugar and are preservative free.

Children are welcome, and there are high chairs and activities provided.
