Marie Anita’s has now been crafting unique and wholesome gluten free food since 2014. The cafe is a completely gluten free cafe and serves all-day breakfast and lunch from 12pm. They source naturally gluten free and organic ingredients from reputable suppliers. Marie Anita’s successfully caters for highly sensitive coeliacs, the generally health conscious and a variety of other intolerances. They also just make wicked food for people who like to eat wicked food.
Marie Anita’s is a cafe and bakery! They bake and serve up warm bread on a daily basis. Their bread ranges from versatile sandwich loaves to hemp loaves to fruit loaves with organic fruit. They even bake a variety of vegan muffins including a banana & walnut crumble and a double chocolate raspberry using Loving Earth vegan chocolate!
The cafe believes in the integrity of their product and expresses itself as an organic eatery, sourcing local whenever possible. Marie Anita’s is, and has always been, a cane sugar free environment. Delicious food does not need to sacrifice on nutrition!
Marie Anita’s is now offering a dairy free food menu! You are still able to get a coffee made with local organic Barambah Organics milk, although, most of Marie Anita’s meals are vegan. The meals that are not can be easily tweaked into an awesome vegan version. There are no hidden animal products!
Marie Anita’s does still serve free range chicken from the Glass House Mountains and traditionally-cured nitrate-free bacon.
Almost everything at Marie Anita’s is made in house; from their hand-made GF artisan bread which you select from for your meals, to each component, such as the raw cacao syrup and house-made almond milk for your lattes, to every condiment and even the fermentation of their own kraut.
