Everything at Butch's Smallgoods is made gluten free, from larger sized goods perfect for sandwiches, to snack sized biersticks and everything in-between! Their tasty Mettwurst recipe has been handed down and made through three generations and for over 100 years.

Butch's Smallgoods continue to produce award winning products of consistently high quality, staying true to the traditional methods. All products are fermented, naturally smoked, and not heat treated. They don't require refrigeration (although keeping them in the fridge prevents excessive drying out).
