All items are prepared in-house, and the beef is grass fed Gippsland Beef. Gourmet meat items include chicken or beef Mignon, beef wellington (in gluten free pastry), sausages, schnitzels (regular, Southern style or lemon style), crumbed lamb cutlets, chicken kievs, chicken supreme (stuffed with cheese, spring onion and bacon), marinated meats, patties (including delicious and popular lamb burgers), apple infused roast pork, Swiss roll (girello roast with sage and onion stuffing, swiss cheese, spinach leaves, and with a light coating of mild chilli glaze).

Lifestyle Bakery gluten free bread crumbs are used on all crumbed products. Staff know the exact ingredients contained in everything they prepare, and can readily provide information.

As well, they stock and sell Roza's sauces and dips, plus Christmas puddings, sausage rolls and pies. Their range of meats includes lactose free items, and they also make preservative free sausages on request.
