With gluten free fish and chips marked on the orders board, there's a great variety available at this popular Geelong takeaway. They are the first Coeliac Australia accredited fish shop in Geelong!
Choose from battered fish (barramundi, blue grenadier, snapper), chips, scallops, calamari, prawns, large selection of hamburgers (including chicken, all served on a gluten free bun), battered savs, souvlaki (served on gluten free pita bread), steak sandwiches, potato cakes, dim sims, home-made chicken strips, chicken nuggets, pumpkin cakes, and even pineapple fritters. The tomato sauce, tartare sauce, and garlic sauce are all gluten free. Please note that there's a surcharge for some gluten free items. Staff are well aware of cross contamination issues, and use separate utensils and baskets, plus a dedicated gluten free fryer.
The orders are mainly take away, but in summer an alfresco eating area is available. A drinks fridge has a wide assortment of refreshments.
