Description

BiAglut Gluten Free Pasta is the closest possible alternative to durum wheat pasta. It has the texture, colour and taste of traditional Italian pasta. BiAglut does not break up easily during cooking and if cooked ‘al dente’, will hold its shape when reheated. In Italy, many consumers who are able to eat wheat-based pasta, will still chose BiAglut.

Made from maize starch, potato flour and lupin flour.
