The friendly team at Bentons Square Noodle Bar have been preparing regular dishes for some time, and a couple of years ago they branched out to include gluten free dishes as well. There's a great deal of flexibility in the menu, and most dishes can be made gluten free. Woks are washed out thoroughly before use, and gluten free sauces are used, along with rice noodles.

Please ask for the gluten free menu when placing your order. Selections include a full range of delicious soups, noodle dishes, rice dishes and stir fries. You can also custom make your meal using beef, chicken, seafood and/or vegetarian bases.
