The writing of this handy recipe book commenced at The Purple Pigeon Tearooms (formerly located in Allansford, Vic) and continued at Puds Fine Foods in Warrnambool. Now the writer, Sue Wood, is about to embark on a new enterprise, 'Moondallah' (near Ballarat), an Art Gallery and Cafe in a picturesque setting, due to open in January, 2012.
Sue's love of cooking and hospitality has culminated in the production of Gluten Free Cooking Made Easy: Australian Style. It contains delicious basic recipes, that are suitable for entertaining or daily use. Ideal for busy mums, the ingredients are readily available from supermarkets. Recipes include soups, hash browns, cakes, slices, fudges, pies, patties, lasagna, etc.
With spiral backing for easy use, and glossy pages for easy cleaning, it's also practical to use for kids' cooking sessions. Every recipe has a coloured photo.
