All Mr. Beak's sausages are gluten free, using an artful blend of herbs, spices and premium Hunter Valley Beef, resulting in a hearty, full flavoured taste and a juicy, meaty texture. These delicious sausages contain 90% locally sourced Australian beef, making them one of the highest meat contents in Australia for sausages!

There are currently 3 bold flavours to choose from:
The Original – Beef bratwurst packed with the hearty flavour of juicy beef and spices, sink your teeth into the taste of Germany
Spicy Salsa – Beefy sausages packed with juicy jalapeños, tomato salsa and a spot of chili to create an epic taste exploration.
Smoky Chorizo – Beefy sausages stuffed with smoky bacon, paprika and a smidge of garlic, for an even more intense and addictive taste sensation
Hot and Spicy – Coming soon!
