Lifestyle Bakery has more than 10 years experience in gluten free baking, and they make a range different gluten free products. There are six varieties of nutritious gluten free bread loaves (580g) – Multigrain, Fruit, Wholemeal, White Sliced, Chia Seed & Raisin and Chia Seed. Bread rolls (in packs of 4) are available in White, Chia, Multigrain or Wholemeal flavours.
Lifestyle Bakery's Chia Seed Loaf has won “best loaf” awards at both the Melbourne and Brisbane Irresistible Gluten Free Food Shows.
Lifestyle Bakery produces two varieties of pizza bases. These are available in packs of 2 (7 inch bases) for general consumer use. There are also larger pizza bases sizes available for commercial food service use.
Gluten free bread crumbs are another specialty. Packaged in 350g packs or 10kg for catering purposes, these are a delicious and authentic alternative to rice crumbs, tasting the same as regular bread crumbs.
Lifestyle Bakery make a range of sweet treats. There are two muffin varieties – Blueberry and Apricot & Almond. These are individually wrapped in packs of four. The Date & Walnut Sweet loaf is perfect for an afternoon tea treat. Seasonal products include Christmas cakes (250g star shape and 500g rectangle), Christmas puddings (4 x 100g individually packaged serves), and Hot Cross buns (in packs of four).
