'Kapai Puku - The Seed of Life' is a gluten free combination of seeds that can be included in the diet in numerous ways. Ideal as a breakfast porridge, put it in a saucepan, add water and heat through. Or use in stir fries, as a dukkah, add to salads and curries, as a stuffing base, or combine with apple and yoghurt to enjoy a bircher style of cereal.
