As the name suggests, the entire range of Gluten Free 4 U is gluten free! Made at a dedicated gluten and nut free facility, many of the goods are also dairy free. Products are endorsed by Coeliac Australia and the Gluten Free 4 U facility is HACCP accredited.
Purchases can be made direct from the factory. There's a retail bakery at the front, so call in and purchase products baked daily, including fresh bread!
Gluten Free 4 U make an extensive range of delicious baked goods including breads, pizza bases, garlic bread, cakes, cookies, biscotti, coffee scrolls, pies, sausage rolls, slices, muffins, tarts, pastry shells, scones, eclairs and profiteroles.
They also focus on producing special occasion cakes (Birthday, Wedding, Christening, Engagement, etc.), and can tailor make for multiple allergies. Please phone to discuss your requirements and place an order. Wedding cake orders require three weeks' notice, and one weeks' notice is requested for all other cakes.
Online shopping is available for Melbourne and metropolitan customers. Order before 12 midday for next day delivery (minimum order of $50 + $10 flat rate delivery fee).
