Wild Patch Chocolates has grown from a passionate hobby into an established boutique chocolate company. Belgian chocolate (Callebaut) is poured, shaped, and drizzled over freshly made fillings to create beautiful artisan chocolates. Only the finest ingredients are used and all artificial flavours and preservatives are intentionally left out. The chocolates are exquisitely decorated and displayed in clear packaging. Perfect for a truly memorable gift, or to help celebrate a special occasion!
There is a wide range of fully handcrafted chocolate gift baskets, bars, wedding and corporate chocolates, Easter or Christmas chocolates. These can be sent anywhere in Australia.
