Topliss Tarts' style is home cooking, using fresh, local ingredients to provide a traditional, natural taste that appeals to the whole family.
Topliss Tarts have a prominent Eumundi Market focus. Housed in the original Eumundi train station at this popular market, there are a number of delicious gluten free items to purchase. Examples include large Sweet and Savoury Gourmet Tarts (family pizza size), Chocolate Brownies, White Chocolate and Raspberry 'Blondies', Banana Bread, Muffins, Shortbread (dairy free, European styled), moist Carrot and Raisin Cake with Passionfruit Icing (dairy free). There are also gluten free meals available including curries, pasta, patties and salads. Alternatively, these can be purchased and taken home.
