Springhill Farm is a humble family business of passionate bakers who have been creating wholesome sweet treats from age-old recipes for over two and a half decades. Springhill Farm’s gluten free goodies include bread mixes, biscuits, finger slices, rocky road and a gluten free bakery range.
One of the most sought after Springhill Farm creations is “The Real Bread” mix available in original, fruit and seeds. The bread mixes can be used to make anything that requires flour from delicious bread loaves to pancakes. “The Real Bread” mix can be found nationally in the Coles health food isle.
Springhill Farm gluten free biscuits are so moist they sometimes get mistaken for their gluten rivals! The flavours include Toasted Muesli, Lemon, Lime and White Chocolate and Vanilla Chocolate Chunk. Finger slices are the perfect pick-me-up for an afternoon snack available in Summer Fruit flavour.
Gluten free rocky road “Rocks” are filled with a classic combination of marshmallow pulls and smooth chocolate is an old school favourite. The Gluten Free Bakery range also includes Rocky Road and is now available in Coles Bakery Section along with Brownie and Florentine varieties.
