Using 100% gluten free ingredients, Ribbons and Bows Cakes produce a delicious range of flourless cakes. To avoid gluten contamination, the flourless cakes are baked first thing in the morning, after machines have been thoroughly cleaned. Cakes are then blast chilled for quick decoration, and then placed in cardboard boxes in the cool room for further protection, awaiting delivery.
Baked fresh, and using quality ingredients, Ribbons and Bows proudly produce premium cakes, supplied to quality restaurants and cafes. Increased popularity has seen them recently launch their website, selling cakes online and delivering them direct to homes and offices in the Melbourne and metropolitan region.
This means that members of the general public can now purchase made-to-order memorable cakes for any special occasion. Cakes can be easily personalised with writing on a chocolate plaque, then delivered, along with a card if required. How easy is that? Please phone to discuss your gluten free requirements.
Friday is Factory Outlet Day. Buy direct from the kitchen, with excess stock at discounted prices. Orders still need to be placed for all other cakes.
