At KR Castlemaine our products are made with the “Care of the Country”, and we believe in “keeping it simple”. We know that good produce speaks for itself and that what you leave out is just as important as what you put in.

Some of our gluten free products include Rindless Bacon Pieces, Rindless Shortcut Bacon (175g), Middle Bacon Rashers (250g), Easy Cut Leg Ham, Kentucky Picnic Shoulder Ham, KRC on the Bone Leg Ham, Slim Stix (200g), Mini Bites (200g) and Shaved Mild Salami (100g) and (200g). Many of our products have also been approved by Coeliac Australia which means very low gluten content (gluten level below 20ppm. Please refer to product packs for nutritional details and Gluten levels of the products).
