Down Under Cuisine produce a delicious range of exceptional gluten free cakes, desserts and quiches. The qualified pastry cooks produce all products by hand, from ‘scratch', and no premixes are used. |
There's a dedicated preparation area for gluten free products, and regular testing confirms products are free from gluten. Some cakes are dairy free and most contain no soy. There are also no artificial colours, flavours and preservatives. All products are frozen for convenience.
Down Under Cuisine quality cakes and desserts range includes such delights as: Lemon Meringue Pie, Baked Manhattan Cheesecake, Josie’s Christmas Pudding, Chocolate Mousse, Tiramisu, Banana & Passion Fruit Cake, muffins, mini-cakes, pavlova and more. A new range of savoury quiches has been developed too.
Large cakes can be individualised with a special message for special occasions (eg. Birthday, etc.) for a modest additional fee. These cakes need to be pre-paid and ordered at least 2 days in advance.
The company has been ‘under the radar’ of consumers since 2002 because they sold mostly to other businesses, ie. restaurants, hotels, and caterers. Chefs buy the products not because they are gluten free, but because they are of excellent quality and competitively priced. =New business inquiries are welcome.
