DariKay and Pilpel Fine Foods produce a range of dips, soups, pestos, curries, and dukkah that are gluten free, animal fat free, and egg free (Beetroot Chilled Soup contains egg). Additionally, some products are also dairy free. Their philosophy is to use fresh Australian produce wherever possible, and to support Australian farmers.
Only fresh ingredients are used and the companies are passionate about quality, packaging and service. All products are made by hand, using fresh herbs and spices, as well as traditional preparation. Products have a home cooking quality, and contain no preservatives, colours or artificial flavours. No garlic or bicarbonate of soda is used in the hummous.

DariKay SOUPS - Moroccan Minestrone, Parsnip & Wild Rocket, Parzotta, Thai Pumpkin, Red Curry, Sweet Potato & Red Lentils, Hearty Vegetable, and Classic Pumpkin varieties.

DariKay PESTO - Basil, Capsicum, Chilli, Coriander, Garlic, and Wild Rocket
DariKay CURRY MEALS - Green Curry, Red Curry, and Yellow Curry.
DariKay DIPS - Crème Fraiche Hummous, Crème Fraiche Hummous with Dukkah, Crème Fraiche Hummous with Roasted Garlic, and Crème Fraiche Hummous with Chilli.
DariKay DUKKAH - Original Dukkah, and Dukkah with Chilli varieties.
Pilpel Fine Foods DIPS: Beetroot Almond, Capsicum Turkish Salsa, Carrots Moroccan, Chickpeas Persian, Lima Bean Egyptian, Roasted Eggplant & Capsicum, Baba Ganoush Moroccan style, Baba Hummous, Hummous, Chermoula, Harissa, Garlic, and Tomato Salsa varieties.
