A relative newcomer to the gluten free market, CSD Grains uses a dedicated gluten free facility to produce several gluten free flours. Produced in a food certified (HACCP) and organic registered environment, the flours are all natural, and contain no chemicals or preservatives. Processing involves heating the grains through friction only, then a milling process to create beautiful, nutritious flours.
The company is made up of Australian farmer members, who value add to their grains by producing unique flours, and selling them into the Australian market.
The processing plant has a low carbon footprint, with no chemicals or preservatives on site.
CSD Grains flour varieties include:
COOKED WHITE CORN FLOUR - Suitable for sausage/meat binders, sauce/stew thickening and adding to bread mixes, cereals and baking.
COOKED SORGHUM FLOUR - Suitable for sausage meat binders, sauce thickening, and adding to bread mixes and cereals.
DEFATTED SOY FLOUR - Containing high levels of protein, and suitable for adding life and nutrition to bread and biscuit mixes.
