Byron Gourmet Pies use all natural ingredients to create a range of distinctive gluten free and spelt pies. The gluten free pie pastry took some time to develop and perfect and is lactose free. Byron Gourmet pies are also non GMO and preservative free.
Byron Gourmet gluten free pies include the following delicious varieties:
STEAK - traditional quality steak pie with organic chunky lean beef.
GADO GADO (Vegan) - filled with garden vegies and organic tofu in a homemade satay sauce of peanuts, fresh ginger and kaffir lime leaf.
CURRIED LENTIL (Vegan) - filled with an authentic spicy curry of French lentils with juicy organic sultanas.
MEXICAN - containing tasty mixed vegetable salsa, beans, sour cream and cheese.
THAI CHICKEN - traditional Thai green curry made with tender pieces of chicken, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves and fresh handcut coriander, in a creamy coconut sauce.
