Brookfarm prides itself on producing a crunchy, oven baked gluten free muesli that doesn’t taste like cardboard. A popular breakfast choice, it contains 17 high quality ingredients blended and lightly baked with natural bush honey.

Muesli ingredients include a delicious mix of gluten free grains, selected Australian fruits and Brookfarm’s own premium grade macadamia nuts grown on our farm in the Byron Bay hinterland. Uniquely, it is blended by hand.

Brookfarm have also just launched their new ready to prepare breakfast range – Gluten Free Porrij and Gluten Free Bircher. Made from organic supergrains such as brown rice, millet, amaranth, quinoa the range is naturally high in protein from the addition of golden flaxseeds, almonds and macadamias. The Bircher also contains anti oxidant rich fruits tart cherries and cranberries.

Additionally, Brookfarm produces a range of natural and infused macadamia nut oils and four Gluten Free Snack Lines:
- Walkabout Mix (3 varieties) - A delicious combination of exotic nuts and premium dried fruits. Two varieties also contain fine Belgian chocolate buttons.
