Bowan Island Bakery produces a wide range of traditional hand-crafted breads and pastries. All products are predominantly made with organic grains and are free from commercial additives, pre-mixes and preservatives. Their delicious gluten free range includes breads and pastries made from scratch daily at the bakery.

TRADITIONAL LOAF
This delicious bread is made from Rice Flour, Soy Flour, Buttermilk, Arrowroot, Free-Range Eggs, Yellowbox Honey, Bicarb Soda, Salt, & Vegetable Gum.
FRUIT LOAF
The perfect fruit toast. With the Traditional Loaf recipe as its base, this fruit variety has the addition of a delectable mixture of fruits and spices.
Made with Raisins, Sultanas, Mixed Peel, Currants, Cassia, Nutmeg and Cardamom.
RASPBERRY COCONUT FRIANDS
A scrumptiously sweet and moist friand.
Made with Almond Meal, Shredded Coconut, Organic Rice Flour, Organic Soy Flour, Unsalted Butter (Cream, Water), Raspberries, Icing Mixture, Egg Whites and Baking Powder.
CHOC-HAZELNUT FRIANDS
A softer variety of friand with a lovely hazelnut chocolate flavour.
Made with Hazelnut Meal, Almond Meal, Organic Rice Flour, Organic Soy Flour, Unsalted Butter (Cream, Water), Icing Mixture, Egg Whites, Cocoa and Baking Powder.
MINI ORANGE & ALMOND CAKES
A deliciously sweet and moist cake.
Made with Almond Meal, Sugar, Oranges, Eggs and Baking Powder.
CHRISTMAS PUDDINGS
Simply an irresistible gluten free pudding. Containing an exotic array of organic and pure ingredients. Delicious as is, or served warm with sauce.
