Austral Croissants are the sole distributors of ProCeli bread. Imported from Spain, ProCeli is one of the largest gluten free manufacturers in Europe. They make a wide range of gluten free breads.
Austral Croissants stocks the following breads:
Bread Loaves - White, Brown Rice, Classic, and Venniose
Buns and Rolls - Burger buns (3/pack), Rustic Sun rolls (2/pack), Baguettes (2/pack), Ciabatta rolls (4/pack). The Ciabatta rolls are par baked, requiring 8-9 minutes in a 200°C oven, for hot and delicious bread!
Pizza bases - 9" in diameter (2/pack)
All products are microwaveable, meaning that fresh bread is never far away. For added convenience, the bread has a long shelf life.
