They are conversant with dietary requirements and have a separate toaster for gluten free bread. Please mention your gluten free needs when placing your order. Lunch choices include Silly Yaks pies, toasted sandwiches, soups (served with gluten free roll), etc. They also have a range of gluten free cakes to enjoy with coffee. Some cakes are bought in (strictly gluten free), and some are made on the premises (please note that the kitchen is not strictly gluten free and, although all due care is taken in their preparation to avoid contamination, trace amounts of gluten may be present). Specialty gluten free cakes are available to order, and can exclude other allergens such as nuts, dairy, etc. Catering for private and business functions can also be arranged.
