Le Bistro is The Union Hotel's chic Parisian Bistro, open seven days a week for lunch and dinner. Located downstairs, Le Bistro offers affordable, superb Modern Australian and traditional French cuisine in a warm, stylish and relaxed atmosphere.

Located on the 1st Floor of the Union Hotel, Uncorked Restaurant has a comfortable modern fit-out offering diners an experience that brings warmth, character and charm in an understated, yet sophisticated style. Incorporating seasonal ingredients and French influence, Head Chefs, Ronny Ghantous (Winner of the AHA NSW Chef of the Year 2010) and David Little, have created a prize Modern Australian menu presenting fresh and robust flavours.
