There is sit down table service, including 5 leather booths and other seating. Large groups of up to 20 people are welcome in this comfortable air conditioned cafe. Outdoor seating and takeaway options are also available. The Fishmonger's Wife is a specialty fish and chip shop, that sells traditional fish and chips, along with gourmet options. The gluten free menu is laminated at the point of ordering. Most of the fish sold is fresh Australian fish, and they make most of their own marinades, so are confident about gluten free status. There is a dedicated gluten free fryer to avoid contamination. Gluten free choices include all grilled fish, battered fish (ask for GF version - $1 extra), normal chips, rice, selection of salads, calamari (ask for GF version), aioli sauce, as well as marinated barramundi, snapper, prawns and baby octopus.
