Staff are conversant about gluten free requirements, and due care is taken when preparing food, so please mention your requirements when placing an order. Gluten free buns are available, one side of hot plate is specifically set aside for gluten free toasting, and squirter bottles are used for sauces. The Burger Bar make all their own sauces, and these are gluten free. Fries are gluten free (when using regular salt rather than chicken salt), and are cooked in a fryer that doesn't cook any gluten containing foods. The owner is passionate about his burgers, and is very fussy about their food! Amidst a funky, cool, and happy environment, The Burger Bar has modern, clean lines, and minimalist in decor. Professional, care about what they do, and very fussy with food that they serve. Fully licensed, gluten free beer is also available. Gluten Free Options
