They are a Certified Organic cafe (meaning that greater than 70% of their food is organic) and they are fair trade supporters. A feature of this upmarket Stirling cafe is that everything is available as takeaway or eat-in. Several staff members are coeliacs, including the owner, making them fully aware of gluten free requirements. About 70% of the menu board is marked gluten free. Breakfasts are available 7 days a week, and include gluten free toast (with gluten free spreads including a 'Vegemite' equivalent), cooked breakfast choices, pancakes, yoghurts, fruit salad, and cereals. Lunchtime selections can be made from the hot baine marie. Choose from pizza, polenta stacks, gluten free bakes, vegie bakes, potato bakes (dairy free), salads (all dressings are gluten free). Looking for something sweet to enjoy with your fairtrade coffee, tea or hot chocolate (made with organic milk)? Ruby's Organic Cafe carry a delicious selection of cakes and sweet treats. In fact,the top shelf of their cake display is dedicated to gluten free! They generally have six cake varieties at any one time, as well as a range of gluten free biscuits. Gluten Free Options
