Their subsidiary store, Jones St Butchery (Albury), produce a range of smallgoods that are sold at Peters & Sons, and these are all gluten free – select from delicious frankfurts, kabana, kranski, strassbourg, ham, turkey or bacon (3rd in national competition at Sydney Royal Show) and other cold meats. Their subsidiary store, Jones St Butchery, make their own spice blends, and all smallgoods are made on the premises without any preservatives. There are many varieties of award winning gluten free sausages – perfect for the barbecue. Choose from German Bratwurst, Chicken, Spicy Italian, Gourmet, Tomato & Onion, Smoked Duck or Honey, Lamb & Rosemary. The hamburger, kebabs and marinades are all gluten free.
