Many of the tempting dishes are naturally gluten free, with gluten free pasta and bread available. Paragon is a professional member of Coeliac Australia. A full range of gluten free dishes are available, including starters, mains, and desserts. The restaurant is fully licensed, with BYO bottled wine permitted. With its New York style decor, this Carlton icon has been operating for more than 25 years. Housed in an appealing double story Victorian building, there are two outdoor areas, and the main restaurant includes a large bar and barista station.
