Choose from gluten free breads, rolls, pies, pasties, cakes, biscuits, pizzas, and bar cakes. All gluten free products are frozen to preserve freshness. Millie's Bakery makes made-to-order specialty gluten free birthday cakes. A minimum of 3 days' notice is required. Catering for private and corporate functions is also available (notice required). Please phone the bakery to discuss your requirements. Millie's Bakery at Mt Barker has a cafe included.
