The traditional Italian dishes reflect the simple yet flavoursome cuisine of Northern Italy with rich tomato sauces and the fresh flavours of basil and herbs, while the traditional Turkish dishes are prepared with Halaal (blessed) meats, scented pilaf and exotic herbs and spices.

Gluten free patrons are well looked after at La Rustica Mediterranean Restaurant. Meals are cooked as ordered, meaning that dishes can be custom made to suit dietary requirements. Both the chefs and staff understand the gluten free diet, and have been trained and coached in this area.
