They produce a range of smallgoods that are all gluten free – select from delicious frankfurts, kabana, kranski, strassbourg, ham, tukey or bacon (3rd in national competition at Sydney Royal Show) and other cold meats. Jones St Butchery make their own spice blends, and all smallgoods are made on the premises without any preservatives. There are many varieties of award winning gluten free sausages – perfect for the barbecue. Choose from German Bratwurst, Chicken, Spicy Italian, Gourmet, Tomato & Onion, Smoked Duck or Honey, Lamb & Rosemary. The hamburger, kebabs and marinades are all gluten free. On request, gluten free crumbed meats are available. Not able to make it into the shop?
