Built in 1863, the Imperial Hotel is steeped in history, centrally located opposite the Parliament House steps, near the Theatre District and MCG, at the Paris end of Melbourne. The hotel exudes warmth and stately charm, with comfortable seating booths and a stylish alfresco area. There are regular Lunch and Dinner Specials, as well as frequent Happy Hours.

The Imperial Hotel has gluten free dishes marked on the main menu. Additionally, several selections are gluten free adaptable. Choose from several gourmet risottos, steaks from the grill, chicken, etc. With advance notice, the Imperial Hotel can cater for large groups and special functions, including gluten free finger and cocktail food.
