Plus anything served on the menu is available as takeaway. The menu is decidedly funky, with an old time cooking theme. Foods are seasonal and include salads in summer, crepes, Japanese pancakes, etc. The cafe grows all their own lettuce and herbs, and they're generally picked and on the plate within 5 minutes - now that's fresh! There's a whole cake cabinet of gluten free cakes. Goodness Gracious also make their own fruit toast chock full of fruit (free from gluten, dairy, yeast, sugar, nuts and eggs). The cafe is quirkily set in a 1940's house, with lots of rooms and verandahs, plus plenty of outdoor seating. It's a little like walking into Nana's house, and there's a retro and vintage feel, with selected furnishings and ornaments on sale.
