Serving delicious rustic Italian cuisine, gluten free pasta, bread, cakes, sorbets, ice creams, etc. are available. Everything is home-made and prepared on the premises (except the gluten free pasta), so the chef is very careful with gluten free preparation. The menu is flexible and can be easily adapted to gluten free. Galileo Buona Cucina specialises in food cooked in a wood fired oven and rotisserie. Sauces are naturally thickened by reduction. The decor follows the rustic Italian theme. With richly coloured terracotta walls, the restaurant is spaciously located across 3 separate shopfronts. There are large doorways and the space provides simple and natural appeal, as well as being comfortable.
