Fundies Whole Foods Cafe and Fundamental Food Store are conveniently located together on one site in Paddington. The cafe is vegetarian, with numerous gluten free choices. Breakfast options include cereal, fresh fruit/yogurt, fruit toast and cooked breakfasts (complete with gluten free toast). Lunches range from burgers, gluten free pizza slices (polenta base), a large variety of healthy salads, wraps, soups, to gluten free sandwiches and toasted sandwiches (made to order).

The impressive range of locally produced gluten free cakes and slices can be enjoyed with Sacred Earth organic fair trade coffee. Or choose from a myriad of fine teas. Individually packaged biscuits are also sold.

The Fundamental Food Store section stocks a great selection of gluten free food. They carry the full range of Orgran products, comprising pastas, biscuits, cake mixes, bread mixes and snack bars. Additionally, they have their own brand of gluten free flour, as well as rice, buckwheat, besan, potato and brown rice flours. Quinoa is available as flour, grain or rolled. Gluten free cereals and pre-packaged cookies are also stocked, as well as a great selection of gluten free breads.
