A separate gluten free menu is available offering a number of choices, including fries. The bistro features generous-sized meals, and a daily two course lunch menu is available for $11.90. There is also a children's menu. Housing Bendigo's only authentic Cocktail Bar (called 'Milk'), there is also a stunning all weather courtyard that provides alfresco dining. The Foundry regularly hosts weddings, conferences and functions. There are purpose-built function facilities that include the Platinum, Stirling and Mercury Rooms.
