Home to the largest glass micro-brewery in the Southern Hemisphere, Elmar’s is a German style Restaurant, Brewery and Smallgoods & Gift Shop located in the heart of the Swan Valley, just 20 minutes from Perth.

Elmar's in the Valley offers large open plan dining, with attractive timber floors, tables and chairs. Set amidst spacious grounds there is a two acre beer garden. In the restaurant itself, there is a raised bar area for refreshments.

The majority of meals are made using Elmar's Smallgoods products (all of these are gluten free). Many of sauces are gluten free as well. The chef can also adapt most of the meals to be gluten free. There is a Specials menu that changes daily, and a range of gluten free desserts.

Elmar's Smallgoods products are sold at two shops. Elmar’s smallgoods are all gluten free, and made to traditional German influenced recipes. Elmar does not add artificial colour or flavour to any of his smallgoods.
