Come and check out Elbio's delicious gluten free cakes in a civilised way - with coffee and friends! The cafe at Elbio's All About Sweets facility offers a range of delicious gluten free cakes to enjoy with refreshments. Choices include Chocolate Mini- Gateau, Banana & Carrot cake, and a selection of friands (both almond meal and hazelnut meal varieties). The cakes are made as individual serves, so you can also make purchases to take home. Perfect for lunchboxes, special occasions and catering!

Although not made in a dedicated gluten free facility, the gluten free cakes are regularly tested to ensure gluten free status. In time, Elbio's plan to enlarge their production area, and make an independent gluten free area to expand their gluten free range.

Trade enquiries are welcome. Cakes are also distributed in Melbourne.
