They produce white, grain and fruit loaves, as well as rolls. On Saturday, muffins are baked, in Cinnamon and Blueberry & Cinnamon varieties. This bakery has produced gluten free bread for the past 7 years. While the bakery is not exclusively gluten free, they take steps to avoid gluten contamination. This includes the bread being prepared in a separate area and cooked before wheat based bread preparations begin, plus the use of separate gluten free utensils, whisks, tins and cooling wires. Once cooled, the bread is stored in a separate part of the counter.
