They produce white, grain and fruit loaves, as well as rolls. On Saturday, muffins are baked, in Cinnamon and Blueberry & Cinnamon varieties. While the bakery is not exclusively gluten free, they take steps to avoid gluten contamination. This includes the bread being prepared in a separate area and cooked before wheat based bread preparations begin, plus the use of separate gluten free utensils, whisks, tins and cooling wires. Once cooled, the bread is also stored in a separate part of the counter. Breadwise also buy in some baked gluten free products, in sealed packaging, and these include Raspberry and Coconut Tarts, Raspberry Friands, Lemon Friands, and Zucchini & Walnut Loaf. * Advance orders recommended - Please phone to place an order, especially bulk orders.
